Delivery Methods

We offer several convenient delivery options for your furniture:

1. Courier Delivery (without carrying inside)

As standard, we ship your furniture via courier to the address you provide. Each parcel is securely packed and delivered in flat packages for self-assembly.
Delivery without carrying inside is free of charge (included in the price of the furniture).

2. Delivery with Carrying Inside (additional service)

If you would like assistance with bringing the furniture into your apartment or house, you can choose an additional paid carrying service.

Carrying service fee: 70.00 PLN
Surcharge for carrying above the 4th floor (if the building has no elevator): 150.00 PLN

You can add this service while placing your order.
The price covers standard delivery conditions — if the delivery involves unusual circumstances (e.g., very narrow staircase, difficult access), please let us know in advance so we can confirm feasibility.

3. Personal Pickup

You can pick up your order in person at our production facility:

We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

International shipping is available on request — conditions and cost are arranged individually before placing the order.


Delivery Requirements

To ensure safe delivery, the destination must allow for:

  • access for a delivery vehicle (road width of at least 2.5 m),

  • legal and safe parking and unloading,

  • the ability to bring the furniture inside (adequate staircase and hallway width).

If these requirements are not met, the courier may deliver the furniture to the last accessible point. Further transport to your apartment must then be arranged by you, unless agreed otherwise.


Order Fulfillment Time

Since we produce furniture to order, the fulfillment time includes manufacturing and shipping:

  • Standard production time: up to 8 weeks.

  • For more complex projects (e.g., custom configurations or large orders), production may take an additional 2–4 weeks.

Shipping time depends on the chosen courier.

We will provide the exact dispatch date in an email after your order is accepted for production.
If, for reasons on our side, we cannot dispatch on the communicated date, we will inform you — you may then:

  • set an additional, reasonable dispatch deadline, or

  • withdraw from the contract if the delay is unacceptable.


If the Package Is Not Collected

The courier makes two delivery attempts. If the shipment is not collected:

  • subsequent delivery attempts may incur additional courier fees,

  • if the shipment returns to us, the furniture remains your property, but we may charge storage fees and the cost of re-shipping.

For business clients (not protected under consumer law), storage may cost 75 PLN net per day, and after a longer storage period we may sell the item to cover expenses.


How to Safely Receive Your Delivery

To help us process any transport claims efficiently, please:

Check the package externally when the courier arrives.

If the parcel is visibly damaged (torn tape, dents, water damage, etc.) — do not accept it and ask the courier to prepare a damage report. You will receive a copy, and we will handle the further procedure.

Check the contents after unpacking.

If damage is not visible from the outside but appears after opening the package, notify us and the courier within 7 days of receipt.
The courier will prepare a damage protocol and photographic documentation.

The sooner you report the issue, the faster we can help.


Returns

Can I return a piece of furniture ordered through the configurator?

Most of our furniture is made to your individual specifications — you design it in the configurator and choose dimensions, colours and layout.
Such customised products cannot be returned under standard consumer withdrawal rights (no “change-of-mind” returns).

Exceptions apply if:

  • the furniture does not match the order,

  • it has a manufacturing defect — in these cases you can use the complaint procedure.


Returns for Standard Products

If we offer standard, non-custom items, then as a consumer (or a sole proprietor using consumer rights) you may:

  • withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the product,

  • inspect the product as you would in a physical store (you may unbox it, but not assemble or intensively use it).

Returned items must be:

  • complete,

  • in undamaged condition,

  • free from assembly or usage marks,

  • ideally in original packaging.

The cost of return shipping is covered by the Buyer.


How to Submit a Return?

If you are entitled to withdraw from the contract, you may:

  • Send us a withdrawal statement (e.g., by email to info@itodi.pl or by post to ul. Sikorskiego 18, 05-191 Stare Pieścirogi).

The statement must clearly express your intent to withdraw and include details necessary to identify the order (full name, address, order number).

You have 14 days to ship the product back once the withdrawal statement is submitted.


Refunds

After receiving the returned product:

  • we will refund all payments within 14 days,

  • refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the order (unless we agree otherwise),

  • we may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of dispatch.

If the returned item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection (assembly, damage, missing parts), we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount proportionally to the loss in value.
