You can pay for your order using the following methods:

BLIK

A fast mobile payment method — you confirm the transaction in your banking app, and the funds are usually processed within a few minutes.

Online payments (Przelewy24)

Choose your bank, log in, and approve the transfer. The system automatically fills in the recipient’s details and the amount — this is the fastest way to pay for furniture purchased online.

Debit / Credit card

We accept debit and credit cards. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment provider form.

Traditional bank transfer

After placing your order, you will receive transfer details (reference title, account number, amount).

  • the transfer must be made on the same day the order was placed,

  • if the payment is not registered, we may send a reminder and set an additional 2-day deadline,

  • lack of payment within this extended deadline may result in cancellation of the order.


Prepayment and Order Processing

Our furniture is made to order, therefore:

  • we process orders only after receiving 100% prepayment,

  • we do not offer cash-on-delivery,

  • production begins only after the full amount has been posted to our account.

This allows us to schedule the production process, reserve materials, and allocate factory time specifically for your project.


Invoices and Sales Documents

We issue a receipt or a VAT invoice for every order, depending on the option selected and the information provided.

If the purchase is made by a business customer, the company name and VAT ID must be provided during checkout.

For business customers, invoices are issued as e-invoices, sent to the email address provided when placing the order.

Providing a correct and up-to-date email address is essential for the proper delivery of documents.


Promotions, Discount Codes and Special Programs

From time to time, we launch:

  • discount codes,

  • promotional campaigns,

  • loyalty programs.

Each such action has its own separate terms and conditions, where you will find detailed rules, discount application methods, duration of the promotion, and any limitations.


Correction of Obvious Pricing Errors

We make every effort to ensure all prices in the store are correct. In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., significantly incorrect price due to a system or human mistake):

  • we reserve the right to update the price to the correct one,

  • we are not obliged to process an order placed with an incorrect price,

  • we will always contact you to explain the situation and offer a solution (confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it with a refund, if payment was made).


Payment Security

All online payments are processed through trusted payment operators using encrypted (SSL) connections. Your card data and banking login details are never stored by our store — they are handled exclusively by the payment operator.
